One Hour Response

A.R.S. § 11-269.17, was recently passed by the Gila County regulators. One of the statute's requirements is that if the city, county, or any other emergency service needs you to respond to your vacation rental property, you must do so within an hour. Failure to do so will result in a fine for the property owner and the person responsible for responding. Multiple violations will result in the revocation of the permit to have a vacation rental.
