Our company is founded by two former police officers, so you know you can trust us. We have local representatives in Pine and Strawberry to respond quickly and well within the hour. We will respond 24/7/365.

We are not a responding party for complaints from your vacation, rental tenants, things like not enough supplies or linens, or such things, as that is not what we respond to. However, we can be available to help with minor things, such as lockouts, as long as you provide access for us.

In addition, the new requirement states that you must have a map in each room of the home, showing emergency, exit, and fire extinguisher’s locations. When you initially sign up with us, we will go to your location, and draw these out, and place them appropriately. If you do not have a fire extinguisher or the proper smoke alarms, you will be required to provide those.

We offer an easy monthly fee. Initially, we are asking $48.99 a month. This will be withdrawn from your account by the third of every month. You can pay an annual fee of just $500 and save yourself some money.

If the draft is attempted by the third of the month, and it is unsuccessful, we will not respond until this is rectified.
